See with fresh eyes, and a renewed sense of wonder.

Vision Circles is an eight-circle journey into the art of perceiving—inviting you to awaken your clarity, relax your vision, and connect more vividly with the world around you. Through gentle movement, mindful awareness, and playful sensory exploration, you’ll learn to see not only with your eyes, but with your whole body. Along the way, you’ll discover simple, effective ways to ease eye strain, expand your visual field, and harmonize all your senses. Whether you wish to experience greater visual comfort, deepen your connection to your surroundings, or rediscover the beauty already within your reach, Vision Circles offers you the tools and space to transform how you see—and how you live.

For 3 days, we’ll embark on a playful journey to explore the sense of sight and its perception, alongside our other senses, to enhance everyone’s interaction with their environment, their projects, and themselves.

Together, we’ll dive into:

  • Eight circles and their balance process, nurturing visual eight skills and developing them even further!
  • 32 Vision Gym® activities to ground new ways of functioning in daily life or during a balancing session.
  • Fun, innovative games and activities designed for self-discovery or ‘re-discovery’ as you reconnect with yourself.

This is a vibrant, playful, joyful course, brimming with self-discovery and delightful surprises!!! It also sparks a wealth of ideas to enliven and enrich individual sessions and group workshops with depth and variety.
