A great way to learn about the 26 basic Brain Gym® movements and the fundamentals of the method. The gateway to the Educational Kinesthetics Program, Brain Gym 104 is the first step to becoming a Brain Gym International licensed Movement Facilitator.
Especially useful for parents, teachers, early childhood educators, therapists and wellness seekers. Open to all!
16 hours to explore the Brain Gym principles and take away simple and fun tools to:
- Promote learning.
- Release physical, emotional and psychological tension.
- Develop effective communication and observation skills.
- Experience the integrated states that support academic and motor learning.
- Explore the 3 dimensions of movement through the 4 categories of the 26 Brain Gym® movements.
